One of our recruiters will have an initial consultation with you to discuss your talent needs both in the short-term and long-term. Tell us about job descriptions, desired qualifications, cultural fit components, salary ranges, software requirements, credentials, and any other needs or wants you may have. Well let you know what the candidate market is like and answer any questions.

Step 3: Weekly Top Candidate Email

Every week, we will send you a preview of our top candidates from various sectors of the accounting industry.

Step 4: Candidate Presentation

When you’re interested in a candidate, let us know and we’ll provide a thorough candidate summary with screening notes, resumes, and other relevant information. If you want to move forward, we’ll help you schedule interviews, conduct background checks, negotiate offers, and help with all stages of the hiring process.

Step 5: Make the Hire
